I have a large document which provides guidance for staff on many subjects associated with their employment in our company. When policies are amended we want to publish just the revised 'chapter,' so I've referenced the pages as Chapter c, Page x of y Pages. 'c' is sequential through the document, changing at each section break, 'x' and 'y' are reset at the beginning of each section. So far, so good.

There are two places in the document where the page orientation changes within the chapter, in order to accomodate organisation charts and flowcharts. I've done this by adding additional section breaks, but I now need to revise the page numbering to reflect the fact that these chapters are now made up of several sections. I can avoid resetting 'x' at the beginning of each subsequent section after the first section in the chapter, but I can't find a way of continuing the sequential numbering of the total number of pages in the chapter.

Can anyone suggest a solution, please?
