Default automating insertion of some text

I'm looking to create a document where certain passages have the same text inserted and other passages are more individualized. Example.

1. Dave was here today

2. Dave was in a good mood

3. Dave said he was feeling good because he just won the lottery.

In the above example, "Dave" would be a name that changes . I would want to add the name of several people. 1 and two above would be the same sentence except for the name. However number 3 above would be an individualized paragraph that would be substantially different for each person. I'm looking to be able to quickly type in number three , print it, and move on to the next person.
