Thanks Stefan. I guess I'll have to take another look at "tables". I did try a mockup and decided tables were very cumbersome for my type of form. But if there is no alternative (I'm still hoping) I guess I'll get out my shoehorn and see if I can jam my needs into it. Pete |

Tables are the best way to control the appearance of the form. Note that you don't have to use a single table for the whole form; you can divide the page into multiple tables, as suggested in the article.
