I've created a form with three drop down choices in a table on Microsoft word. The purpose of my time is to calculate a percentage of time spent in the three areas. Does anyone know how to calculate a percentage of each of the 3 drop downs in the form selected?

Would not be easier to use MS Excel and then just copy results to MS Word?
Word is a text processing program, Excel is destined to perform calculations. mike |
