Recently upgraded to Word for Mac 2011; where is the Print Preview? all I see is Web page preview and that doesn't show me what a printed document will look like. |

If it's the same as 2010, it's File > Print. Look on the right side.

And, at least in Windows, you can use the keyboard shortcut Ctrl+F2 for Print Preview, now called the Backstage view. When you want to return to your previous view, press ESC.

And, also in Windows versions of Word, if you want to use the classic Print Preview you can add the Print Preview Edit Mode to the Quick Access Toolbar.
