Is there a way to maintain form fields (e.g., check boxes, text fields, and drop-down lists) when converting a Word (2007) doc form to HTML?
I need to create a form (a test procedure) with interactive fields that can be checked/marked electronically. The form also needs to be editable by users that wouldn't know how to edit HTML. Thanks! |
