I am in the medical field and have a checkbox form to fill out during an exam. I don't know if it's possible or not, but I am trying to see if once the box is checked, it will convert the selection into a sentence. If anyone has any suggestions it would be greatly appreciated. I have both Word 2007 and 2003 at my disposal. Thanks!
