Hi Jamal, You can't expect Word to show the index fields in the print layout view, but not in the print preview AND have both display the document the same way! That is not reasonable. You have to choose between one print layout view (with index fields) or another (without index fields). Print preview should only show what will be printed. Do you want the index fields to print?
