Hi Joel,

With what I suggested, it really shouldn't matter whether the end result is one PDF or a dozen - if you change the hyperlinks to point to the yet-to-be-made PDF(s), that's where the hyperlinks will point to.

I see no evidence that Melinda wants to merge/combine the files. All that has been mentioned is hyperlinking - an entirely different proposition. If you want to combine files, I'd suggest doing that before creating the PDF.
