You didn't get the template Add-Ins. Look under the Developer Tab in Microsoft Word 2007 and 2010. There are two different kinds of Add-Ins.

Try disabling all Add-Ins by starting Word in Safe Mode.

Thank you Charles for the help,

All what I have as add-ins in there are shown in the attached screenshots (Endnote+ pdf)

Are such add-ins casing this problem? But at the end of the day, I need these two add-ins!
