The heading 1 "Chapter 1" is replaced by a black sign!!!!!! why?

Hi Jamal,

Check Word's Addins (File|Options|Addins). If there is a Bluetooth Addin, disable it. Bluetooth Addins have been implicated in black artifacts in documents.

Sounds not to have the Bluetooth (attached).

By the way, I’m not sure if you have opened the docx file that has the problem. In the “define new multilevel list” dialogue box, level two has a problem and I couldn’t figure out how to solve it (attached).
