Default Creating a shared template with selections

I am looking for a way to create a template that can be shared. Some text and formatting would be static. But some text would be inserted based on selections that the end user makes.

What is the best application for this? Using Word with Quick Parts and Building Blocks? Or possibly using Microsoft Sharepoint? Or another application?

Hi gsmp,

You could certainly create a Word template for this. Whether you use Quick Parts and Building Blocks, Formfields, a UserForm or Content Controls, among other options, really depends on what the needs are. have a look around the web for examples that might have features like you want, then see how they are implemented.
