Default Help! Can't get rid of right column used in Markup for comments

Hey hoping someone can help. I have been working on a document and sharing it to co-workers who have been adding comments and making track changes. Now that it is finalized I want to view the document as normal but the altered view remains (effectively a blank right column scewing the whole page).

I am using Microsoft Office 2007.

I have done this before and gone to REVIEW - and changed to FINAL or ORIGINAL which brings the page view back to its original format. This time nothing happens

IDEAS?? Thanks a ton..
