You could try going into the auto correct options to see if you can pick out any errors there.
Word button - word optios - proofing - auto correct options Once there it will list all your auto correct defaults in the table. Have a look at the words which are coming out srong to see if there is anything noticably different. Hope that helps Sorry if I'm 'teaching you to suck eggs' |

Thanks for your suggestion. What I have noticed about the entries that will not work in outlook have an astrix at the end of the phrase for some reason, I didn't put it there. I've deleted the entries and reentered them and still the astrix is there.
