![]() I am typing in Hindi/Devanagri font. What problem I face is that as soon as I type in the Hindi/Devanagri font, the autocorrect features correct the word making the word wrong. What I want is a way to KEEP ON the Autocorrect feature also for use when typing in English and not to autocorrect the words/sentences typed in Hindi/Devanagri font. I think the same problem may be faced with other languages font. I do not want to off and on the autocorrect feature everytime I type in Hindi font. Or otherwise some shortcut may be provided to toogle ON or OFF. |

If you created a macro to turn it on, and another to turn it off - You could then add 2 buttons to your taskbar (2003) or Office bar (2007) and assign the macros to them!

No Sir, I have not made any macro. I also do not know much about VBA or Macro. Another suggestions for the problem please. What I want is that whenever I type in English all the features of Autocorrect should work and when I type in Hindi/Devanagri it should be OFF so as not to autocorrect the hindi words.
Do anybody know about the shortcut of making Autocorrect ON and OFF as required. Also please provide shortcut for inserting rows in table and shortcut for right, centre and left alignment of texts. |

Have you tried 'Customizing' your toolbars and adding the buttons? they are all available!
2003 ---> Tools > Customize > Commands - drag the options you want onto the toolbars (or make a new one for your commands!) (haven't got 2007 here at work, so can't remember where the Customize menu is - use the help!) |
