![]() Hi Tim, In the original document, simply go to the end, press Ctrl-Enter to insert a page break, then copy & paste your 'page 2' material into the new page.

Hi Paul and thank you very much for your reply. For some reason I can't get my cursor outside the text box and at the end of my document to insert a page break. On the ribbon bar the option for insert page break is grayed out.
I have even tried shortening the text box and moving it up the page to leave more room for a page break to no avail. Tim |
