Word cannot start the converter mswrd632

Iam having an application which will create word doc in MS2003 format. I have MS word2007 version in my machine
Previously it was working fine. But now its showing an error
"Word cannot start the converter mswrd632". As i need to install the applicaiton in lot of machines i dont want to do the
