Is it possible to use the replace function in office 2003 word to make a word bold and the next single character that follows the word bold as well?
EX: WEEK1 WEEK2 WEEK3 WEEK4 WEEK5 |

Hi bostonboi,
Two ways: 1. An ordinary Find/Replace, where Find = WEEK^# Replace = ^& 2. A wildcard Find/Replace, where Find = WEEK[0-9]{1,2} Replace = ^& The processing difference is that the wildcard version finds WEEK followed by 1 or 2 digits and you can change its maximum number of digits by changing the '2'.
