Hey Macropod, thanks for taking the time to reply. Yes, I do have "different first page" checked because the first page of each document has our client's company name and contact information at the top. (Though it's just written on the page, not embedded in anything) I don't want the subsequent header to appear on the first page and I don't want their large company info to appear at the top of every consecutive page.

I think the problem is that the program that I'm using the Word document in only runs its fill in code once, so any page not in existence with the header code visible at the time the program auto fills will not be filled in. :-\ The only solution I've come up with is to leave a few extra blank pages at the end of the document for spill over. The pages can simply be deleted if not used, though I wish it just automatically added the header. Thanks again though for your time. :-)
