Hi Nathalie,
Is your Office 2003 installation fully updated? Have you checked the printer manufacturer's website for an updated printer driver?

It happens with all printers I'm afraid, so specific printer issues are excluded. You should see it when Word and Outlook are open, you print to a special tray in Word, close Word and open another document. Printer settings are the same because the word editor in outlook remembers them. It is really annoying!
