Hi Mark,
You can insert a pdf but, if it's got more than one page, only the first page will display. The only ways around this are to: 1. break the pdf into multiple files and insert each page separately; or 2. insert the pdf as an icon, which allows the document's uder to double-click on it to open up the pdf in whatever pdf reader they have installed.
