That is not something that comes with Word. It is a customization, likely stored in your normal.dot file or a template stored in your Word Startup Folder.

For older versions of Word, up to and including Word 2003, copying the Normal template to your new installation should suffice. Or you may need to copy an add-in (*.dot) to the Startup folder.
If the new installation is a newer version of Office, it may or may not work as expected.
