![]() My attached document has 3 rows of 7 labels. I can't figure out why my document shows the correct view when I add a page break and copy the labels from page 1 to any subsequent pages but when I go to print preview and print, the top row of the second page show up on the first page. Any help would be greatly appreciated. |

I don't know why that is happening but it is simple to fix.
Delete the page break. Place cursor in front of first paragraph mark in second table. On the Home tab display the Paragraph Settings dialog, small icon at bottom right of Paragraph group. On the Line and Page Breaks tab check the option for Page break before. Click OK |
