I am trying to make four separate lines of text go from double-space to single-space. I have selected the text, right-clicked on the text, chosen Paragraph, and set line spacing to single. However, nothing changes. If I try to delete something between two lines,if it's there. That causes the second line to join on line one.
How do I make this work correctly? Thanks. |

Did you set the Spacing Before and Spacing After to zero for those paragraphs? The total distance between baselines will depend on those settings as well, not just the Line Spacing.

Take a look at the non-printing formatting characters.
