Hello:



I’m trying to print an envelope and the enter key is causing erratic behavior.

I hit enter after typing the first line of the delivery address, it jumps to the bottom of the delivery address as you can see in the attached document.

The same with the return address. After typing the first line, it jumps to the bottom of the return address.

Any idea what can be causing this and how can I fix it?

I generally just use a template for envelopes.

I cannot see what you are describing in the screen shot but think I understand.
Workaround: Use Shift+Enter for a line break.

Thanks for the response. Shift+Enter for a line break is not working.

Line Spacing was set to multiple and I switched it to single and then it worked.
