Hello:



I’m trying to print an envelope and the enter key is causing erratic behavior.

I hit enter after typing the first line of the delivery address, it jumps to the bottom of the delivery address as you can see in the attached document.

The same with the return address. After typing the first line, it jumps to the bottom of the return address.

Any idea what can be causing this and how can I fix it?
