Hello experts,

I have suddenly lost the Danish shortcut keys in Word. Ctrl-F for bold has no effect and Ctrl-B makes bold. I can't find any hotkey for search (before it was Ctrl-B).

At home I have Office 365, where I am logged in with my work account. Both at home and at work I use a Danish Windows 10 with Danish Office 365.

At work, Danish hotkeys work fine.

I have tried these things at home:
- Restart Word in safe mode. The error is still there.
- Change the language in the setup of Word from the Windows language to English. It didn't help. Switched to Danish. It didn't help.


- Repair Office. It didn't help.
- Create a new hotkey in Word and then select "Reset All" hotkeys. It didn't help.

Hope some of you can help me.

I am seeing the same when I enable Swedish as the display language in my Office installation. However, I usually make use of English, so I hadn't noticed it earlier.

You should report the issue using Help > Feedback in Word.

Thank you. I have reported it in Word also - but it is great that you mention it. I was not aware of it, when I wrote about the problem here.

I sent an e-mail message to the Office team and the response I received says that Microsoft is investigating this issue.
