This feels like it should be easier. The attached screenshot is of my business document that I would like to edit. I run an auction company and this is the document for me to put labels on the auction lots. I had another company owner that helped me learn my business, and she shared the document with me. In the past, when I have wanted to make changes, I just cut and paste the information, but with a document that is set up to accommodate auctions with 1000+ lots, it can take a lot of time to change the business name or renumber. I assume it originated as a mail merge label or table or something that the creator input the company, told it to number 1-1000 and Word did the rest. Any thoughts for how I can simplify this some?
Thanks so much in advance! Kevin Last edited by Charles Kenyon; 09-24-2024 at 08:02 PM. Reason: modify title to better reflect content |

Hi Kevin,
No document was attached. The traditional way to add a bunch of information into a format like a label is to use Mail Merge. |

The screenshot shows as attached, and the original file is too large for the 500 KB maximum. I thought mail merge was a possibility; is it possible to backtrack from the main file and edit or would I need to recreate?
