Hi,
I have a number of MS Word documents that, when you open them on Computer 1 everything appears fine, but when you open it on Computer 2, the document is slightly resized, pushing images from one page to the next etc. Have tried on a number of computers and there is only one PC with the issue (Computer 2). I have been right through the File > Options list and compared configurations of Computer 1 to Computer 2 pertaining to the program itself, but the differences are not related to anything we are experiencing here. Have put some samples of the MS Word documents on MS Teams in a shared folder so we can open the one document on Computer 1 and Computer 2 at the same time, but they still appear different indicating something in the porgram itself rather than the doicument. Have done a quick repair and full reinstall of MS Office on Computer 2 but the problem still persists. Any assistance appreciated... |
