This is a common issue and is caused by Word dynamically repaginating content based on a range of possible metrics inputs related to:
- Version of Word
- Version of Fonts on the page
- Printer driver
Even on the same machine, if you tell Word to print to a different printer, it will repaginate for that printer and could then show a different pagination if your tolerances are very fine. If you have already checked both documents are printing to the same printer driver, you might want to also check the installed fonts. I get a mixture of Arial and Calibri in that sample document but you may have other fonts as well.
In the case of your comparison, there may also be some edits causing a difference. The content of the AIM paragraph is where the alignment starts to go bad on the right screen shot - why is that text pushed down relative to the left screen shot? I also see a weird blue thing in different positions on your screen captures which makes me think there have been edits on the doc that make them different.
