Hi there,
I have a Word template with Outline Levels set up correctly for inbuilt headings (Heading 1, Heading 2 etc) and in the Word Navigation Pane the heirarchy is 100% perfect. Word_Nav_Pane.jpg But when I save as a PDF with the option 'Create Bookmark using Headings', the result is not perfect. Some headings are out of whack. PDF_Bookmarks.jpg This is driving me crazy. I have tried cutting and pasting everything into a new doc and reapplying styles but get the same result. ![]() I am running Windows 10 and Office 365. Any ideas would be much appreciated ![]() Mel |
