Need Help fixing the numbering of my "Table of Tables"

For some reason my Table is starting at table 3 and goes to 1... but it's in this numbers 3,4,6,8,9,10,11,12,12,12,12,1,12,1

I do not know how to fix this and any help would be GREATLY appreciated.

Chances are strong that you have hidden/occluded captions hiding behind your tables.

Are the missing numbers included if you create a Table of Tables?
