Refresh hyphenation/pagination in Word 2013

"Have you tried turning it off and on again?" The controls for Hyphenation are on the Layout tab of your ribbon, in the Page Setup block to the right. You could turn it completely off and then reapply, but also have a look at the Hyphenation Options in that dropdown. Maybe you just need to narrow the zone.

I did and got no effect. The thing is that the same story is about pagination, not just hyphenation.
