Why despite setting equal the right and left margin of a Word document, the left and right margins s

Sometimes, despite setting equal the right and left margin of a Word document, the left and right margins seem to be unequal.(see the attached word document in which left and right margins has been set to .2”, but the margins seem to be unequal. Can you guide me on this issue?
