hperlinks in 2021 are not actionable.
Hi. In office 2019 all my links were actionable. What I mean is if I move the mouse to the link the cursor changes to a pointer and I simply click it. Now I have to CTRL + click. can this be changed back to a simple click please.

For those finding this, there is an Option setting, which is, I believe set by default in new installations, to require the Ctrl key with a click to follow hyperlinks.
File > Options > Advanced > Editing Options On a Mac, this would be somewhere under Word > Preferences
