Just upgraded my Macbook running macOS Big Sur from Office 2010 to Office 2021. Purchased from Amazon.


Installed ok, but hangs a lot and although I have activated it via Microsoft , it requests reactivation again and again every time I use one of the Apps. It is unusable at the moment. Very disappointed as it cost a lot of money. No access to any tech support at Microsoft as all appears to be online without any satisfactory solutions
My old 2010 version worked perfectly , but was no longer supported. how ironic!

Trying to find a phone number to contact Microsoft support from the support section on the website only allowed me the options of XBox and Surface Book support. All software enquiries were requested to go online. Microsoft are not making it easy for people with issues such as this. It was impossible to solve for myself, so I returned the product and received a full refund.


Why is there no easy to find telephone number for software support to allow me to actually speak with someone!
