I am creating a mailmerge document using Office 2016 desktop. After I complete the merge everything looks fine onscreen, but when I print I see this in the addresss block.

line cut in half.pdf

I copied the whole address block into Notepad to get rid of any formatting, then pasted it into my text box in the merge file. Still the City, State, Zip line is cut in half.



This happens only on that one line, nowhere else in the document, so I don't think it's a line spacing problem.

Any ideas?
