Word 2003 message that dialog box is open

Yes, it is a mistake or maybe I registered a longtime ago when I had Windows- Never had Word 2010

When I open Word all loks normal. I only get that message when I try to load a .doc file that I saved earlier

As you can see from the attachment there does not seem to exist more than one instance of Word open

I think this has to do with the validation of the download. Maybe I did not close the box. If that is the case I will have to uninstall Word and start agian hoping that MS validates the new download....
