I think that i have worked this out. My problem was that I can't find any way to remove a frame from the style in the style settings.
However I have found that if I apply the style, remove the frame then update style to match selection it removes it. But if I go anywhere near the Frames tab in the style settings it attaches frames again. Not intuitive. |
