There are links on those pages on how to use macros you find on forums. It is not that difficult and will open up all sorts of possibilities for you in the future.

You can download my free Add-In that has the macro.
Legacy Spell Check Dialog

You put it in your Word Startup Folder. It is as simple as that. To remove it, take it out of that folder.

There is no other way.
Well, you could try to roll back your updates, I suppose.

That blocks any future bug fixes.
