Caption management Word 2016

Hi all,

I have a recurrent issue with caption in Word 2016.
I can write documents in English or in French.

For tables, the French word is TABLEAU and the English one is TABLE.

As far as a document can be in both languages, I would like to have only TABLE; whate ever the language is.

Unfortunately, I still have bad mixture in the names and also in the numbering.

How can I do to have only TABLE from the template and to avoid for ever any TABLEAU ?
