Thanks to everybody who responded and gave valuable insights into the problem.
The business issue was solved by using a more contemporary proforma document which was adopted for use, consisting of a box form + usual clauses in a form of multilevel numbering which is not hard to set up.
It's still a bit challenge to properly set up that box form for filling it in. Manually doable, but I want to set it for automatic loading from Access DB.
