If I understand correctly, because I AM using Word 2019 the template for the work around is not expected to work and there's no way to switch those line off or even to invisible. Word 2019 can ONLY be used with random lines across each and every page.

Nope.
Turn off display of text boundaries and they disappear,
including tho ones at the margin. That is all or nothing.
The
workaround template with the actual (printing) page border will work. Here is a screenshot using that template.
