Hi everyone,

Is there any way to remove the style and the format too? Is it all done by control+space?

Thanks

Andrew is quite correct. You can't bypass styles entirely in Word. There is always an underlying paragraph style in a Word document (usually the Normal style unless you explicitly picked a style yourself).

If you are using Word much at all, if it is an important tool in your life, it is really time you took a bit of time to learn about Styles. Here's why: Importance of Styles in Word
Here's a good spot to get started: Tips for Understanding Styles in Word by Shauna Kelly

You can set the paragraph style in one paragraph to use a different style in the following paragraph. This gets triggered when you press Enter at the end of a paragraph. (If you press enter somewhere in the paragraph not at the end, the current style continues.)
