Thanks for your answers.
Here it is an example to understand my question better:
I underline type of files and when I do so and then press enter to start writing about it, word automatically underlines the line below "Types of files", "There are 5 different types"
I would like that word would not do so like I have manually done below.
Types of files
There are 5 different types.
