I have two documents - an internal meeting notes document and an external document to be sent to the client containing much of the same headings as the meeting notes.
Is it possible to somehow automate text written under certain headings in the meeting notes document to be transferred under the same headings of the external letter which is to be sent to the client? I know I can just copy and paste it but due to the amount of letters we have to write, it's becoming quite tedious and time consuming. Any ideas are very much appreciated! Thank you |
