I have a number of Attachments and Exhibits each of which comprises multiple pages.
The debate I'm having with myself is:

1) Is it best to have the word ATTACHMENT or EXHIBIT in the header of the first page


and the word Attachment along with the Page Numbers in the Footer of the subsequent pages,

OR

2) Should I have the word ATTACHMENT or EXHIBIT at the top of each page and ONLY the page numbers either on all pages or just the subsequent pages.
