Re: Word 97
I need to prepare a legal document and the Court requires numbers on the left. I have all my narrative typed up BUT no numbers appear on the side of the document. I also downloaded a BLANK Pdf document with numbers on the side which "appears to" meet the Courts requirements. QUESTION: 1) Is it best to copy the PDF document with numbers, put it in my printer and then Print my document on that paper. If so, I MAY have some Conflicts between my document and the pre-printed numbers. (a) How do I know what my Margin Settings should be so I don't over write the numbers ? (b) If my margins are Wrong, I assume, I will need to re-Format my document? 2) Since Word 97 MACROs are NOT available (Word 97 does NOT have a Trust area) and Microsoft in Win-10 has disabled Macros (UNLESS SOMEONE KNOWS A WORKAROUND), a template is NOT an Option. Would it be better to put the Courts Number requirement as part of the document AND if so HOW? Thanks. |
