The pleading paper you gave me is set for Times New Roman, 12 point. This is direct formatting rather than style-based. The line numbers are in Courier New 10 points with exact line spacing.

this one. I have no idea whether or not it meets your court rules. I emptied the text box and use the line numbering feature. I do not really know that it will work with Word 97.
