I remember those days.
You also probably remember the old punch card days with computers.
When I started we didn't even have collators which put the text at the top of the card.

Re: Bellingham. Must be Wrong as looked at a WI city name list.
Was on the WI and MN border though, and outside of a really small community at that time.
